LOWER BODY - GLUTES & ABS . 8-10 reps of a glute exercises followed by 1 minute of abs. . ▫️a. Squats x8-10 b. Reverse Crunch to Leg Raises min (x4 sets) ▫️a.Hip Thrusts x8 b. Weighted Hip Thrusts Plate Extension (x3 sets) ▫️a. Good Mornings x10 b. Side Plank Elbow to Knee Crunches (x3 sets) ▫️a. Glute Push Down x15 each side b. ?INSTAGRAM ?? ? REALITY. Not going to lie it’s frustrating having another broken hand just 5ish months later. Being so active and right handed doesn’t help. . It’s my own fault and once I had my little melt down I got over it. It’s broken there’s nothing I can do about it. Just to focus on recovery. The way forward is looking at what I CAN do and not what I CAN’T. In most situation there’s two ways of looking at things. You can sit there and feel sorry for yourself OR you can get off your bum and look at what you have, what you can do, and the positive. . If your having a bad day, bad week, bad month just remember your not the only one. It’s only temporary. . Looking at a small boy in a moon boot at A&E made me realise he had it worse. I’m lucky that the fracture isn’t big like last time. Your problems do matter even though others may have it worse. ??✨ #HUMPDAY
